Returns
All my jewelry is made to order and therefore a return must be made 1) within 3 days of receipt and 2) will be for merchandise credit only. A return authorization is required. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the shipper.

Repairs
I will replace or repair, at no charge, any piece of my jewelry that has a flaw or defect. When returning an item, make sure it is boxed and packaged properly. A regular paper envelope is not sufficient and will not protect the item from Post Office machinery. If the item is damaged due to misuse, wear and tear or improper packaging, there will be a charge for repair. It is recommended that you insure the item for its value.

Replacements
Due to the nature of my designs, there is often some variance from one pair to another. Each pair is made by hand and this is what makes them unique. Therefore I am unable to make a replacement for a single lost earring. Wear the ear backs!
